The Shoppes at Lafayette has a history of having a Garlic Weekend.  The Garlic Weekend is an extension of the Sunday Farmer's Market.  The garlic "harvest" is typically Mid-October.  We celebrate this garlic harvest by inviting the garlic farmers in the Skylands region and beyond to participate in a weekend long harvest celebration.
