Our CSA is strickly meats ie: grass fed beef, pastured pork, lamb, free range chicken eggs, pastured ckicken and Turkey for Thanksgiving these birds are raised on a soy free diet. Members can join in from spring to late summer and meat will be available late summer to late fall.

The Ortensi Farm is located 15 minutes outside of Cooperstown and 5 minutes from the center of Richfield Springs NY. Our land has been certified with N.O.F.A. NY llc for the past 5 years. We produce hay, tritical straw, bailage, small grains, potato's and garlic all certified organic.

We raise grass fed beef, pastured pork, certified organic pastured chickens for meat, eggs, and turkeys for Thanksgiving, these birds are on a soy free diet, any grain fed is grown on our farm. We take orders anytime.

We have added ducks to the farm for meat sales and lamb this spring. Our spring crop of calves will be certified organic this year as well. Two varieties of winter wheat will be for sale for human consumption in 2010.
