Mission Statement:

The Scarsdale Historical Society will act as the steward for the discovery, preservation and educational dissemination of information about the history of Scarsdale and the Central/MidWestchester Region.

The Scarsdale Historical Society will foster and disseminate that historical knowledge through publications, exhibits and educational programs for students (K-12) and the overall population of Scarsdale and surrounding areas. In line with the aforementioned, The Scarsdale Historical Society will maintain an interpretive museum in order to preserve historical content and context.
