About the Festival

South Florida as a whole, is a hot bed of new and emerging restaurant trends that has led to a culinary renaissance throughout Broward County.  Established in January of 2018, the Visit Lauderdale Food & Wine Festival was created with a focus on our local hospitality industry.

The festival's goal remains steadfast in shining the spotlight on Greater Fort Lauderdale's restaurants, hotels, chefs and mixologists while raising much needed funds for Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital.  From our 23 miles of award-winning beaches, to sprawling downtown communities and emerging arts & entertainment districts, each of our events will offer a unique setting that will showcase why Greater Fort Lauderdale is so special to us all as we benefit local charity.
