Life Coaching is gaining popularity as a form of personal improvement.
C.J. has her own unique way of conducting Life Coaching. She will
work with you in your home or office or meet you out for coffee or a
walk. She's also available to conduct sessions via e-mail.
She'll begin by asking you, "What would make your life better?" The most popular topics include: confidence, improving health, finding passion, quality relationships, getting organized and setting personal and professional goals.
**Some clients just want to get something off of their chest.**
Tell C.J. about what is most important to you and she'll tell you what you can expect from hiring her as your Life Coach. You decide if you want to continue. If so, you'll both spend some time determing which issues to addresss and prioritizing them, then create an action plan together. This will include small steps you can achieve to begin to feel successful.
Her ideas are creative and unique. For instance, she may:
help you unclutter and clean your home or office;
help you jump-start an exercise program by walking the track with you;
assist you with developing a budget;
encourage you to start a gratitude journal;
role-play with you how you would handle a difficult situation;
AND SO MUCH MORE!!!
Every client has unique needs and every action plan will be individualized.
Remember that it takes practice to make improvement. Athletes, musicians and public speakers spend years perfecting their skills. Personal improvement is no different. You must practice skills over and over again until they feel natural.
