Time Is Money (TIM) is a forum for anyone age 50 + (baby-boomers, empty-nesters, active adults, snowbirds, etc.) who is planning to down-size. TIM serves homeowners in Westchester and lower Putnam counties. Our primary objective is to provide homeowners with all of the information and resources they need to make their houses market-ready for successful and timely sales. Through the blog on our website (www.TimeIsMoney-NY.com), we provide articles written by our network founder and other local professionals and service providers. Through our Facebook page (www.facebook.com/TimeIsMoneyNY), we provide links to published articles - from a wide variety of sources - which we believe would be interesting to our readers.  Readers who are not on Facebook or who simply prefer to receive a bi-weekly newsletter can sign up on our website. Periodically, we offer workshops (free of charge) which feature panels of local experts discussing topics which down-sizing homeowners want - and need - to know.
