The Town of Ashby is seeking a part-time Land Use Coordinator to be its principle planning resource, responsible for coordinating and assisting town officials with issues involving planning, zoning, wetland protection and community development. Duties require a bachelor’s degree with specialization in land use and environmental planning; two or more years experience in a municipal planning department; or any equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of Massachusetts zoning laws, wetland and riverfront protection laws. Salary: up to $15,500 (includes mileage expenses), commensurate with experience and education.
