Greensboro is a rural community located in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont. It is the southernmost town of Orleans County.
Greensboro is characterized by farms, forests, open land and lakes. The town includes the village of Greensboro Bend. As of the 2010 Census the year-round population was 762. In summer, however, the population grows to well over 2000.
Greensboro has a bustling library, a 9-hole golf course, beautiful churches, a general store, an active historical society, many miles of outdoor recreation trails, a brewery, a cheese cave, and is the home of the award-winning youth circus, Circus Smirkus. Plus much, much more.
