Travelers Aid International is a 501c3 non-profit serving communities in the United States, Puerto Rico, Canada and Australia. Each member organization is adapted to serve needs specific to that community. Travelers Aid's network of programs extends "A Helping Hand Along the Way" to travelers in need of assistance. Our volunteers and staff provide customer service and offer assistance to travelers in distress amid the hustle of airports and train stations.

Travelers Aid has been serving the Newark Liberty International Airport since 1992. Although much in the transportation industry has changed, the needs of travelers have remained the same. Airport patrons need directions, they need assistance with locating services throughout the airport and they need someone to listen to them and help guide them to their destination. Maybe most importantly, our volunteers provide a smiling face and a warm welcome to weary travelers from around the globe.

We are currently in need of volunteers who are enthusiastic about helping others. Even though foreign languages are not a necessity, it is helpful and a great asset here at the airport. We would appreciate your assistance in recruiting volunteers to help us better serve our community.
