The Trout Capital News is published monthly by the Trout Capital News Association and focuses on organized activities in the city of Cotter. Current circulation is 350.

Our mission is to promote Cotter and report news of importance to Cotter citizens. We invite all citizens to send news, articles, pictures, ideas and/or suggestions to The Trout Capital News at P. O. Box 238, Cotter, AR  72626.  The deadline is 4:30 p.m. on the last Tuesday before the last full weekend of each month.
