The Ulster County Arts Council's mission is to be a leader in professional organization, support of artistic and cultural artists, organizations and events and endeavors in Ulster County that benefit both the residents and visitors to our area.

Our mission includes providing leadership in creating supportive and collaborative environments in which artists, art organizations and cultural venues can thrive increasing their outreach to the public.

Our mission is to foster the knowledge "That Art Means Business". To educate community businesses, leaders and other organizations of the great economic potential and reality the Arts have in providing community re-vitalization and economic growth to any area in Ulster County.

Our mission is to increase the quality of life for residents and visitors to Ulster County through Artistic and Cultural venues, opportunities, events and the promotion of the Cultural diversity that is present in our community.

Our mission is to connect Ulster County Artists and Organizations, events and opportunities with other areas in the Hudson Valley and beyond.
