Our Mission Statement:

The Presbytery of South Dakota has its identity within the Church of Jesus Christ Universal. We are the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) and therefore find our identity in obedience to the Head of the Church, Jesus Christ. We are guided by Scriptures, the Confessions and the Reformed tradition as we seek to fulfill the mission given to us by our Lord Jesus Christ. In partnership we:

acknowledge in all things our dependence upon the sustaining and providing power of Christ's Spirit in our community of faith,
exist to provide order and to nurture our life and the lives of our constituent congregations.

Our mission as faithful stewards is to so worship, study, witness and serve that the world may know and respond to God's reconciling love in Jesus Christ.
