Mission:
To invite persons into our Christ-centered fellowship, to worship and serve together joyfully, and grow into Spirit filled disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Our History:
Our church was established in Pella in June of 1987 and has shown consistent growth over the sixteen years that it has been in existence. In 1994 the church moved from a rented building on Pella's town square to its present multi-purpose facility at 1414 University Street.
Our Worship:
Our style of worship is an informal blend of traditional and contemporary styles. We enjoy the majesty of the "old" hymns as well as the beauty and vibrancy of the more contemporary choruses and songs. We love the presence of children and encourage their involvement in all manners of church life. We celebrate Holy Communion on the first Sunday of the month and invite guests to our "open table."
Our Fellowship:
Following the worship service on Sunday morning we offer a time of fellowship and food where volunteers supply the treats and we all enjoy each others company.
