Venture is a young adult ministry started by Church of the Redeemer in Camden, North Carolina. The ministry is for adults (18-35).

Venture was founded on the idea that the Christian life is one of journey; a venture in faith, hope, and love, full of excitement, purpose, meaning, and hardship. Venture focuses on Story; God's Epic Story in which the Christian Venture takes place. At Venture, the Biblical narrative is studied holistically, and the life of the believer is seen as part of the drama of Scripture.

The mascot of Venture is the sunrise, or the Aurora, as it is the symbol of the Coming Kingdom of God; the destination of Venture. The second mascot is the ship, the Dawn Treader, from C.S. Lewis' Voyage of the Dawn Treader, which carried the its crew east towards the rising sun and symbolizes the Christian community.

Currently, Venture meets at Muddy Waters Coffee Shoppe on Main Street in Elizabeth City, NC Thursdays at 6:00 pm. The time consists of Bible study, discipleship, and fellowship. Eventually, other events, such as service projects and movie nights will be added to Venture.

Church of the Redeemer is a member of the Anglican Church in North America, under the guidance of Bishop John Guernsey of the diocese of the Holy Spirit. Attending Church of the Redeemer is not a requirement for participation in Venture.
