The Vermont Alliance for Arts Education promotes the arts as essential to quality education for all Vermont students.To accomplish the mission, VAAE will Advocate for arts education programs for all students.
  Promote professional development by sharing information, ideas, and resources among people dedicated to arts education. Encourage innovative collaboration among artists, individuals, cultural, and educational organizations. Recognize notable achievements by individuals and organizations in arts education. Partner with local, state, and national organizations concerned with arts and education.
