To break down the religious barriers and denominational walls that have separated us from one another.

To be a training center to train and prepare others for their respective field of labor in the great end time harvest.

To be a place of refuge and healing for those who are wounded and morally and spiritually bankrupt.

To be a true worship center where the name of Christ is lifted up through the ministry of music and the restoration of arts to the church.

To be a spiritually mature and perpetually growing church full of the Word and Spirit of God, led by the Holy Spirit.

To provide for the social, as well as the spiritual needs for our communities with food, clothing, temporary shelter, the ministry of visitation, and special counseling services.

To publish the gospel of the Kingdom by every available media source.

Victory Temple, until 2004, was known as Woodforest Worship Center. When Pastors Kevin and Diana Taylor came to Victory Temple over 17 years ago, it was a small church made up of several families. The Lord gave Pastor Taylor a powerful vision for the church and the community and now this church is a constantly growing house of victory! Along with the physical additions of a large Family Life Center, the cultural diversity at Victory Temple is apparent from the leadership to the smallest child. We currently represent nations and cities from all over the U.S., the Caribbean and Latin America.

Victory Temple caters to "every age and every stage" of spiritual development. With our nurturing nursery, exciting children's services, Christian Education department, boys' and girls' clubs, youth ministry, coffee house, dance and drama, women's and men's groups, young adult groups, missions, music, evangelism and OWLS...there's always a place to fit in!

Because of our growth and need for space, we purchased 13 acres of property at the corner of Highway 90 and Miller Road in 2003. Our new building project is in the beginning stages, and we are excited as God continues to use us in this harvest.

Victory Temple is founded on the principles of God's Holy Word, and we believe in the anointing of the Holy Spirit. You will hear the truth, not motivational speeches adjusted to make you feel good, but the unadulterated truth of the Word of God ...after all...it is this truth that sets us free!
