The City of Wadsworth Recreation Department is headquartered in our community center which is known as Steiner Center. The Recreation Department provides excellent recreation programs and facilities for both children and adults, which help to make the City of Wadsworth a great place to live or work.

The Mission of the City of Wadsworth Recreation Department is to provide opportunities to enhance the quality of life for those who live or work in the Wadsworth Community. This is accomplished through a variety of recreational, educational, cultural and health related activities and events. The goals of each activity and special event are to provide the essential, meaningful and healthy benefits of recreation to the individual, our community, the local economy and our environment!
