Our History: The United Pentecostal Church of Walla Walla, was started in 1945 by Rev. Ellis Scism, and incorporated with the state of Washington on April 1953 with the assistance of Rev. Garland Huffman and several other ministers. Since that time the ministerial baton has been passed from Pastor to Pastor. In July of 1997 it was passed to Rev. Jeffrey S. Hall.
