A 20 week subscription to heirloom tastes and a connection to where your food comes from. Contents include: asparagus, many types of lettuces and asian greens, wild greens, micro greens, mache, fresh herbs - basil, mints, oregano, tarragon, parsely, cress, dill, cilantro, arugula, edible flowers, sugar pod peas, over 50 varieties of heirloom tomatoes, spinach, summer and winter squash, cucumbers, potatoes, carrots, turnips, radishes, chives, onions, kohlbabi, beans, beets, cabbages, turnips, kale, peppers, tomatillos, sunchokes, chard, garlic.

Spring is around the corner, and we have the earliest seeds planted, safely indoors. This is just the beginning of what will become thousands of plants in the greenhouses, awaiting the gardens. We are also, these days, taking memberships. The earlier we hear from those of you interested in being with us for the 2011 season, the easier it is for us to just get down to making it happen. Our CSA at Webster Farm Organic, Salad Days, serves members in the Twin Cities, St Cloud, Milaca,and Foley regions. You have the opportunity to taste a wide variety of salad ingredients grown organically and locally, delivered fresh weekly, that will entice you to the healthiest eating imaginable, and allow you to participate with us in the adventure of Community Supported Agriculture.
