Woodland Park Elementary School is located on a twenty-three acre site at 88 Panther Drive. Ground breaking for the school was October 26, 1986, and the first registration for classes was August 10, 1987.

The enrollment of Woodland Park is 531 students in grades K-5 including Comprehensive Development Classes. Woodland Park employs seventy-five people including the principal, Gary Sparkman.
