The YMCA of Central Kentucky has been serving Lexington and the surrounding area since 1853. The YMCA is devoted to building strong kids, strong families and a strong community by providing programs that support the healthy development of people of all ages. Through its financial assistance program, the YMCA ensures that memberships and programs are accessible to everyone, regardless of ability to pay. The YMCA of Central Kentucky operates three full facilities in Lexington, as well as program offices in JessamineCounty and Scott County.
