Dr. Hickey had been in private practice for eighteen years prior to bringing his exceptional talents to Columbus Ophthalmology Associates in November 2001. His specialties include small incision cataract surgery, treatment of diabetic retinopathy and retinal laser surgery. Born in Cleveland, Ohio, Charles Hickey, M.D. received his bachelor’s and medical school degree from The Ohio State University and also completed his ophthalmology residency at The Ohio State University Hospitals.
