Dr. Gordon Powers is a family medicine physician at the University of Vermont Medical Center in Burlington. He specializes in basic outpatient procedures and takes particular interest in preventative medicine, mental health, diabetes and hypertension. Dr. Powers says that “in my mind, the doctor-patient relationship is a true partnership that is built over time.” He wants his patients to feel heard, no matter their worry. Dr. Powers values the opportunity to address both physical and emotional concerns.
