Jonathan Kochav MD, MS specializes in general Cardiology and Adult Congenital Heart Disease (ACHD). His clinical expertise is focused on Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance Imaging, with clinical and research interests in the use of advanced cardiovascular imaging in the diagnosis and surveillance of complex congenital heart disease. He is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Columbia University Irving Medical Center (CUIMC) and an assistant attending cardiologist at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital (NYP).
Dr. Kochav completed his MD at the Duke University School of Medicine. He subsequently trained in Internal Medicine at the Massachusetts General Hospital of Harvard University. He completed a fellowship in Cardiovascular Medicine at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Columbia University Medical Center, where he served as Chief Fellow prior to completing an Adult Congenital Heart Disease Fellowship. He also received a Master of Science in Biostatistics at the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health.
