Judy C. Boughey, M.D., is a breast surgical oncologist at Mayo Clinic Comprehensive Cancer Center in Rochester, Minnesota. Dr. Boughey treats recurrent breast cancer, squamous cell carcinoma of the breast, metastatic breast cancer, invasive ductal and lobular carcinoma, fibroadenoma, Paget’s disease, triple-negative breast cancer, triple-positive breast cancer and male breast cancer. She is an expert in minimally invasive breast surgery, nipple-sparing mastectomy, oncoplastic breast-conserving surgery, prophylactic mastectomy, double mastectomy, excisional biopsy, lumpectomy, lymph node sampling, lymphadenectomy, radioactive seed localization and sentinel lymph node surgery. Dr. Boughey has a special interest in neoadjuvant therapy for breast cancer, including triple-negative breast cancer, Her2-positive breast cancer and inflammatory breast cancer. She is Chair of the Breast and Melanoma Surgical Oncology Division and Chair of the Breast Cancer Disease Group at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, and serves as Enterprise Co-Deputy Director for Cancer Practice of the Cancer Center.
