Kathleen A. Wohldmann, AGNP-C, is a certified nurse practitioner specializing in cardiovascular disease. She completed her training at Maryville University in St. Louis.
Before joining BJC, Kathleen practiced as an internal medicine and hospitalist nurse practitioner where she diagnosed and treated acute and chronic conditions with multidisciplinary teams involving surgeons and specialists. Kathleen sees patients aged 18 and above for cardiovascular conditions, including heart disease, high cholesterol, hypertension, congestive heart failure, atrial fibrillation, arrythmias, cardiomyopathy, valvular disease, and more.
Kathleen loves working with her patients. She believes in treating the whole person, not only the condition, and that the provider-patient relationship is one of shared decision making. She works with her patients to develop the best-possible evidence-based treatment plans. She also focuses on patient education, being available, and understanding and answering patient questions.
Kathleen was born and raised in St. Louis. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, as well as running, hiking, cycling, playing pickle ball, and travelling.
Kathleen is part of BJC Medical Group of Missouri, a well-established, multi-specialty physician group.
