I want patients to know that the idea is for us to have open and honest communication. My background is emergency medicine, and I always told my emergency medicine patients that any type of person created in this world walked through our door, so, any situation, any concern, we?ve heard it, we?ve seen it. So, I want them to feel comfortable with me and be able to be open and honest with me so I can take care of them in the best way possible.
