Nicole Howe received her bachelor of arts in psychology from Olivet College and a master of arts in counseling degree from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Nicole also has experience in Advanced Counselor Training and Moral Reconation Therapy.
Nicole is a licensed professional counselor with leadership experience as a clinical team leader and assistant clinical director. Her professional experience includes working with clinicians in determining appropriate diagnoses and recommendations for children and adolescents in the child welfare system which included completing trauma assessments. Nicole also has experience in family counseling, individual counseling, and facilitating client group sessions, including psychotherapy group. She has conducted comprehensive substance use assessments, treatment plans, crisis plans, and discharge plans. She has counseled individuals with a range of diagnoses including anxiety, depression, and schizophrenia.
Nicole joined Oaklawn in 2022.
