Sara Busch, AGNP-C, is a certified nurse practitioner specializing in gastroenterology. She completed her medical training at the Goldfarb School of Nursing at Barnes-Jewish College in St. Louis, Missouri.
Sara sees patients ages 13 and above for gastrointestinal issues, including irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), celiac disease, colitis, liver disease, gastric ulcers, abdominal pain, motility studies, gall stones, diverticulitis, heartburn and other GI-related issues.
Sara has over 12 years of experience as a nurse and nurse practitioner. Because she has always had an interest in helping patients with GI concerns, she chose to specialize in gastroenterology. Sara takes the time to understand her patient’s symptoms and works with her patients on manageable treatment and preventative care plans. Sara enjoys talking with and listening to her patients, getting to know them, and giving them the focus and attention needed to treat and provide exceptional care.
Sara lives in the Washington, Missouri, area and is active in the local schools and humane society. When not at work, Sara enjoys reading, gardening, hiking, kayaking, and spending time at the lake with her family.
