The Osceola County School Board approved the following administrative appointments on December 13, 2022:

Scott Knoebel, Assistant Superintendent for School Operations

Mr. Scott Knoebel has held the following positions: Teacher at Kissimmee Elementary and Central Avenue Elementary (1999-2003); Assistant Principal at Partin Settlement Elementary and Hickory Tree Elementary and Annex (2003-2008); Principal of Hickory Tree Elementary (2008-2014); and Principal of Narcoossee Elementary (2014-present). He received his bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and a master's degree in Educational Leadership from Edinoboro University of Pennsylvania.

Audie Confesor, Elementary Planning Principal

Mr. Audie Confesor has held the following administrative positions: Assistant Principal at East Lake Elementary (2010-2013); Principal of Chestnut Elementary School for Science and Engineering (2013-2018); and Principal of Deerwood Elementary (2018-present).  He received his bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Florida and a master's degree in Educational Leadership from Walden University.

Wendy Honeycutt, Principal at Narcoossee Elementary

Ms. Wendy Honeycutt has held the following positions: Teacher's Assistant at Pleasant Hill Elementary (1992-1994); Teacher at Meador Elementary in Texas (1997-2000); Teacher at Pleasant Hill Elementary and Bellalago Academy (2000-2005); Dean of Students at Bellalago Academy (2005); Assistant Principal at Bellalago Academy (2005-2010); Principal at Bellalago Academy (2010-2017); and Principal at Sunrise Elementary (2017-present). She received her bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from the University of Central Florida.  She received a master's degree in TESOL Education and a certification in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University.

Jennifer Albright, Principal at Sunrise Elementary

Ms. Jennifer Albright has held the following positions: Teacher at Highlands Elementary and Neptune Elementary (2006-2010); Math/Science Coach at Cypress Elementary (2010-2015); Elementary Science/Social Studies Resource Specialist for the Osceola School District (2015); Assistant Principal at Narcoossee Elementary (2015-2020); and Assistant Principal at Sunrise Elementary (2020-present). She received her bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Western Michigan University and a master's degree in Educational Leadership from Stetson University.

Tiatasha Brown, Director of High School Curriculum

Ms. Tiatasha Brown has held the following positions: Teacher at Robert E. Lee Magnet Elementary, Buchanan Middle, and Tomlin Middle (1998-2008); Assistant Principal at Tomlin Middle and Shields Middle (2008-2013); Mentor to Assistant Principals (2013-2015); Principal of Shields Middle (2015-2019); Principal of Middleton Pre-Collegiate STEM Magnet High (2019-2020); and Principal of Giunta Middle (2020-present). She received her bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, a master's degree in Educational Leadership, and a specialist's degree in Educational Leadership with focus on School Turnaround from the University of South Florida.
