With roots in the Vermont Folklife Center's Non-Fiction Comics Mini-Fest (2017, 2018 and 2019) and their partnership with the University of Vermont, the Pulp Culture Comic Arts Festival and Symposium (2017 and 2018), NCFS celebrates the full scope of non-fiction cartooning with the Fletcher Free Library in Burlington, Vermont.
