The Yankeetown Seafood Festival takes place annually – always the weekend before Thanksgiving – in the quaint, “old Florida” town of Yankeetown located on the banks of the Lower Withlacoochee just three miles from the Gulf of Mexico.
The Inglis-Yankeetown Lions Club has hosted the Festival for over thirty years. All net profits from the Festival go to support charitable causes: local, state, national and international, in that order.
