Please join acclaimed Chef Lindsey at his new steakhouse for a unique dinner experience featuring Guest Chef Gerald King and Pastry Chef Leonda Jiggets.  Expect fireworks in the kitchen and extraordinary flavors on your plate with french-ish and southern-tinged dishes that showcase the incredible talents of Chef Mike and his Guest Chefs.

Better yet, Chef Mike's dinner will introduce cognac - a first for any event at the Virginia Wine Expo - as part of your experience.  If this beverage category is new to you, please prepare yourself to be pleasantly surprised.  This rich, smooth, delicate brandy, named after a commune in France, offers ethereal flavors of nuts, fruits, caramel, honey, vanilla and other spices with no burn.  Savor Chef Mike's eclectic style and modern culinary interpretations while paying homage to his grandmothers Lillie Pearl and Hattie.
