Schedule of Events:

April 27, 2025:

8:00 AM - 3:00 PM: Tagging and weighing of swine

11:00 AM - 3:00 PM: Office opens for registration and receipt of record books. Please register as soon as possible after 11:00 AM.

11:00 AM - 3:00 PM: Steer Weigh-in

3:00 PM: All exhibitors must be on grounds and registered at office.

3:00 PM: Tagging and weighing of lambs.

5:00 PM: Exhibitors meeting at Sales Arena. All exhibitors required to attend.

6:00 PM: Adult Fitting and Showing

April 28, 2025:

6:30 - 8:30 AM: Breakfast for exhibitors sponsored by John I Hass Inc., Yakima Golding Farms. Prepared & served by Toppenish Lions club.

8:45 - 9:15 AM: Fitting and showing demonstration for all divisions.

9:30 - 11:00 AM: Judging contest for Future Farmers of America and 4-H members. Six classes of market stock will be judged.

11:00 - Noon: Orals for 4-H Intermediate and Seniors. Optional for Juniors. Swine.

12:00 - 12:30 PM: Lunch break.

12:30 - 5:00 PM: Judging and classification of Swine, steers and lambs in order listed in the premium book.

Immediately After Judging: Ice Cream Social sponsored by Toppenish FFA and DAD's Family Restaurant.

April 29, 2025:

8:00 - 10:00 AM: Selection of Grand Champions of all classes.

10:30 AM: Fitting & Showing of Lambs, Swine, and Beef senior divisions.

11:30 AM: Round Robin

12:30 PM: Continuation of Fitting and Showing in all divisions.

4:30 PM: Beef Bar-B-Q - Sponsored by CJ Meats. Prepared by Adrian & Barbara Lommers and crew. Served by the Board of Directors.

6:30 PM: Bus leaves for skating party.

7:00 - 9:30 PM: Roller skating party; Skateland, Union Gap. Sponsored by Valley Wide, Inc. Blue ticket to get in or else it is full price at the door.

April 30, 2025:

7:00 - 8:30 AM: Coffee and doughnuts provided and served by Heritage Bank of Toppenish.

8:00 - 9:00 AM: Awards Celebration

9:00 AM: Sale Begins Beef, Swine and Lamb
