We never learnt to speak in Ireland, instead we channelled into our most famous arts and literature. Embrace the Lovestock adventure where our heritage and traditions meet mental health and wellness. Our festival brings you a flavour of historic and modern brilliance.

Ireland is the only country in the world who has a musical symbol as its emblem, the harp. Music is central to our culture and wellbeing. Our great literature, poetry, storytelling and arts produced here communicate our pain, suffering and joy. Our hearts have been heard globally this way.

The nature of the human condition is to build up our defences in our daily relationship interactions. We’ve created a festival culture which aims to demonstrate how to love beyond the human condition. Our therapeutic workshops and talks encourage this way of being and you will leave with new friends and amazing insights for you and your family.
