East End Arts unleashes the creativity of the neighborhood and brings the community together for the Mosaic Festival.

This family-focused event was inspired by the street artists of Grazie di Curtatone, Italy who gather each year for the Incontro Nazionale dei Madonnari where the streets of the village are converted into works of art in chalk.
